What does "vibe-coded" mean?
It's the term we use for apps built primarily with AI coding tools: Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Replit, and friends. Vibe-coding is a real way to ship: you describe what you want, the AI writes it, you ship. The result is often a genuinely working MVP. The catch is that the code underneath is uneven, and the gaps tend to show up exactly when you start getting real users.
Do you take over the project, or work with my existing setup?
Almost always collaborative. We work in your repo, on your existing stack — refactoring, and adding to what you've already built. A full takeover or rewrite is rare, and it's a conversation we'd only start if there's no better path.

Anywhere from a few days for a targeted fix to a few weeks for deeper work like scaling out infrastructure or restructuring a messy codebase. We're upfront about timelines and we don't drag projects out.
